What are your hours?

What do I need to do to my hair before coming in to start my Loc journey?

Absolutely nothing. You can treat it as you normally do until your appointment date and during your appointment, you’ll be advised on modifications to your hair care regimen for best results.


Is a wash included with the starter locs appointment?

YES, a wash and intensive deep conditioning treatment are included.

Do you offer gift certificates?

YES, we do!

What’s your policy on kids and extra people?

It is preferred that there are no extra people, but if you have to bring kids, one kid per adult is allowed in order to grant you and other clients the opportunity to enjoy their relaxing hair care experience.

Is food allowed in the salon?

Yes, but please clean up after yourself.

What size locs are recommended for starters?

This varies depending on the length, texture, and finished look you desire upon full loc maturity.
 

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, appointments are preferred.

Can I book my next appointment before I leave?

Of course, it’s highly suggested that you secure a spot in our highly competitive schedule. Booking at least 2-3 months/appointments in advance keeps you on track and ensures you’re always looking fresh!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via phone or text. Same-day cancellations and no-shows attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price.
